February is Flying By

Just look at that double chin! Little Man is three months old now. He weighs about 11 pounds. Last week we had a big doctor appointment with the cranio facial panel and this time there were MORE doctors examining him... An ENT, pediatric dentist, different nutritionist and plastic surgeon. The results are that he will go to the ENT for a regular appointment and she'll check his ears, nose and throat. OH so that's what ENT stands for... kidding. I knew that. I think she just wants to examine him because he sounds a little snorty or congested when he eats. Other things we have to do:
  • See a pediatric opthamologist
  • Come back to the cranio facial panel in 2 months
  • Continue with the brace for 24 hrs for the next 6 weeks
  • Learn to play the ukelele
  • Celebrate Valentine's Day - wait, is that really happening SATURDAY?

Sorry, I slightly veered off the topic there. But really, how do these things come up so soon? It was JUST CHRISTMAS. Where's Superman to slow down the world when you need him to? Speaking of Superman, there was an awesome full moon this morning. It was huge in the sky as we were driving to school. No, I don't drive to school in the middle of the night, but it was early morning enough for the moon to still be out. I pointed it out to Kate and she said, "I wish I could be up in the sky. And that there wasn't gravel, just air."

Took me a minute too.

Speaking of the moon. I love this girl and her ukelele. Seen her on Scrubs? She's so cute and funny! This has been a get-away-from-reality moment. However, gravel, I mean gravity, has brought me back. I'm off to bed...night.

  1. Aw, thanks for the Christopher photo. That made my night and I wasn't having a good one. I agree, I couldn't believe it when I had to write 2/10 on a check today. Wow!

  3. That sounds like a long list, at least you're keeping a good sense of humor about everything. The gravity/gravel was so cute, I didn't figure it out until you gave me the answer.
